Hamidullah Hatam accompanied by Brig. Gen. Christopher Miller plants one of 3,000 pine and fruit tree saplings donated by the U.S. Bagram Provincial Reconstructive Team at Mahmud Raqi High School in the town of Deh Baba Ali on March 26. Bagram PRT Team members aided in building the high school and also donated several bundles of school supplies. Mr. Hatam is the Education Administer Advisor for the Afghan Ministry of Education.
