Sailors from Underwater Rescue Command connect pieces of the Pressurized Rescue Module (PRM) to a crane to be transferred to the Sophie Siem at the Comodoro Rivadavia port, Nov. 24, 2017. Sailors from Underwater Rescue Command (URC) deployed to Comodoro Rivadavia with two rescue assets, the Submarine Rescue Chamber (SRC) and the Pressurized Rescue Module (PRM) to support the Argentinean Navy search and rescue efforts of the ARA San Juan (S-42). URC Sailors deployed with the rescue systems are highly trained on their use and routinely exercise employing advanced technology in submarine rescue scenarios.
