Christopher Miller, the 45th IBCT senior enlisted soldier, cases the 45th IBCT's colors during a Joint Multinational Training Group – Ukraine (JMTG-U) ceremony here Nov. 22. During the ceremony Soldiers from the New York Army National Guard's 27th Infantry Brigade Combat Team (IBCT) took command of the JMTG-U from the Oklahoma National Guard's 45th IBCT, who have been in Ukraine since January.
