Todd Fredricks, a flight surgeon with the West Virginia National Guard and faculty member at Ohio University's Heritage College of Osteopathic Medicine, discusses his documentary film "The Veterans' Project" Nov. 2, 2017 during a talk back session with Ohio University students. Fredricks and project partner Brian Plow developed the documentary to help bridge the gap between what veterans face and how medical practitioners can better serve veteran populations.
