CAROLINA, Puerto Rico – Manuel Dia repairs the roof of a restaurant in the La Torres neighborhood on Nov. 20, exactly two months after Hurricane Maria struck Puerto Rico. The Category 5 hurricane made landfall on Sept. 20, causing widespread damage to nearly every part of this U.S. island territory.
