LOIZA, Puerto Rico – An unidentified resident of the Vistas del Oceano neighborhood stands outside his home that has received a temporary FEMA "Blue Roof," as seen on Nov. 20, exactly two months after Hurricane Maria struck Puerto Rico. The Category 5 hurricane made landfall on Sept. 20, causing widespread damage to nearly every part of this U.S. island territory.
