Maj. Gen. Mark R. Stammer welcomes Brig. Gen. Ellen S. Clark as Army South’s newest director for the Army Reserve Engagement Cell during a ceremony on Nov. 15 at the Army South headquarters in Joint Base San Antonio, Ft. Sam Houston. The AREC is responsible for coordinating the capabilities of the Army Reserve into achieving the Army South mission.
