An Oregon Army National Guard Soldier with the 442nd Engineer Utility Detachment shares plans for building a shoring structure with Joint Logistics Force Soldiers from the People’s Liberation Army (PLA) at Camp Rilea Armed Forces Training Center, November 17, 2017, in Warrenton, Ore. Shoring prevents a damaged structure from collapsing, enabling rescuers to extract casualties.
