Toby Keith plays one of his hit singles during his "Locked and Loaded" tour at Contingency Operating Base Speicher, Iraq, April 27, 2011. Keith played the USO-sponsored concert as part of his ninth visit overseas in support of deployed service members. "I wanted to come on one tour and spend a couple of weeks and thought that would be my 'giving back,' said Keith. "We had so much fun, it was such a geography and history lesson, and it fills such a void, we wanted to set the benchmark pretty high for other artists."
