Col. Timothy Madden, commander of the 149th Fighter Wing, Air National Guard, presents Ms. Kristen Rumley, the 149th FW's director of psychological health, with the Air National Guard Readiness Center Category III Civilian of the 3rd Quarter award on behalf of the ANGRC commander, Brig. Gen. Steven Nordhaus, Nov. 16, 2017. The award demonstrates the wing's integration of the Psychological Health Program which provides counseling, emotional support and referral resources to quickly address challenges that airmen or their family members may experience.
