SAN JUAN, Puerto Rico (Nov. 12, 2017) CNN affiliates interview Lt. Gen. Jeffrey Buchanan, the U.S. Army North Commanding General, on the pier next to the Military Sealift Command hospital Ship USNS Comfort (T-AH 20). Comfort is mooredpier side in San Juan, Puerto Rico, to provide humanitarian relief.
