Several salvaged vessels are stacked on and rafted around a barge at the ESF-10 operations intermediate holding area in Salt River Bay, St. Croix, U.S.V.I., Nov. 14, 2017.

The intermediate holding area is a temporary location for salvage operations to locate vessels until the vessels can be returned to their owners, or for further disposition as determined by DPNR.
