GUAYAMA, Puerto Rico – Retired Army Capt. Carmen Cintron the founder of the Canita Sanctuary of the Divine Mercy, an animal sanctuary located here. Carnitas was Established in 2004 to help the injured, sick, and abandoned animals of Puerto Rico.
