Petty Officer 2nd Class Kenneth Crutchfield, a culinary specialist, grabs his M16A2 magazine while conducting battle-sight zeroing to adjust the weapon for it's maximum accuracy. Active duty and Reservist sailors come from all over the country for the U.S. Navy Individual Augmentee Combat Training course at Fort Dix, N.J. The four-week long training is designed to outfit, equip and prepare sailors for their upcoming deployments in support of overseas contingency operations in Iraq, Afghanistan, Kuwait, and the Horn of Africa.
