Jennifer Taylor, 35th TTSB, senior enlisted advisor, signifying the end of her responsibility of the Soldiers of HHC. Headquarters and Headquarters Company, 35th Theater Tactical Signal Brigade held a Change of Responsibility Ceremony, Nov. 1, at the Reserve Center here. 1st Sgt.
