Scott Walker's Homeland security advisor, hold up a signed proclamation from Gov. Walker declaring October Cyber Security Awareness Month at a daylong Cybersecurity Summit Oct. 16 at the University of Wisconsin Madison campus. The fifth annual summit theme this year was 'Protecting Infrastructure through Public-Private Partnerships.'
