(Nov. 3, 2017) Mayor Troy McDonald, the mayor of Stuart, parachutes tandem with retired Navy SEAL Jim Woods, a member of the U.S. Navy parachute team, the Leap Frogs, during the rehearsal demonstration for the 28th annual Stuart Air Show.
