Capt. Juan J. Iturriaga, a ground supply officer with Combat Logistics Battalion 31, briefs his role in the battalion to Republic of Korea Marines at Camp Hansen, Okinawa, Japan, Nov. 2, 2017. ROK Marines with 1st Marine Battalion, ROK Marine Logistics Group, visited CLB-31, the Logistics Combat Element of the 31st Marine Expeditionary Unit, to exchange information and strengthen the U.S.-ROK alliance. The 31st MEU provides a flexible force ready to perform a wide range of military operations, from limited combat to humanitarian assistance, throughout the Indo-Asia-Pacific region as the Marine Corps' only continuously forward-deployed MEU.
