Deputy to the Garrison Commander James A. Chen speaks about the installation's Army Ten-Miler team during a welcome home ceremony for the team Nov. 1, 2017, at McCoy's Community Center at Fort McCoy, Wis. The 16-member team earned a second place finish in the Reserve Mixed Category at the Army Ten-Miler competition Oct. 8, 2017, in Washington, D.C.
