Lt. Col. Donald Schofield, the United States Air Forces in Europe Band commander, conducts a combined band, consisting of members of the Ukrainian Marine Corps Mykolayiv garrison brass orchestra as well as members of the USAFE Band’s “Five Star Brass” during a cultural exchange in Mykolayiv, Ukraine, Oct. 25, 2017.
