Patrick P. Brownell, chaplain, just before the memorial service started for Sgt. James T. Chapin of the Chattanooga Police Department, who was killed in the line of duty, April 2. The memorial service was held in Chattanooga, Tenn., April 7. Service members stationed here were able to watch the ceremony via a “live feed” over the internet.
