Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Navy Adm. Mike Mullen congratulates U.S. Air Force Tech. Sgt. Jeffrey Hedglin after awarding him a Bronze Star with valor April 13, 2011. Hedglin is one of three pararescuemen from the 58th Rescue Squadron, Nellis Air Force Base, Nev., awarded the Bronze Star for their heroic actions while rescuing American soldiers last year in Afghanistan.
