Citizen-Soldiers of the Puerto Rico Army National Guard 714th Water Purification Co. are purifying water at the old Roosevelt Roads Naval Base in Ceiba, Puerto Rico, Oct. 30. With this new water purification site, the 191st Regional Support Group now count with five water purification locations in different points and distribute potable water in different towns in Puerto Rico helping sectors that don’t have water since Hurricane Maria. The 714th Water Purification Co. takes over the mission previously ran by South Carolina, Delaware and New York national guards who were supporting the relief efforts in Puerto Rico.
