Representatives from aviation industry companies visited Marine Corps Air Station New River to discuss their parts in the maintenance and manufacture of the MV-22 during an event known as the Team Osprey Working Group, Oct. 18, 2017. The representatives were given a chance to see how their parts were being used by the Marine Corps. “There is a fundamentally different view you get seeing a component on the factory floor and seeing it in an actual aircraft under the conditions Marines have to deploy it to accomplish their missions,” said Carl Forsling. Forsling is the business and development manager at Bell Helicopter, who coordinated this event. (U.S. Marine Corps photo by Lance Cpl. Nicholas Lubchenko)
