Virgin Islands National Guard soldiers conducted annual legal briefs during the first inactive duty training period of the year at the Estate Bethlehem Military Compound on St. Croix, Oct. 28. Col. David Lopina, legal advisor, and Lt. Col. Geraldine P. Vaval, deputy staff judge advocate, briefed the members of the Joint Force Headquarters, 104th Troop Command Detachment and the Detachment 1 Delta Company, 1-114th Aviation Security and Support Battalion on Code of Conduct, Law of War and Fraternization.
