Lt. Col. John Hickey, commander of the Special Troops Battalion, 4th Sustainment Brigade, 310th Expeditionary Sustainment Command, and an Alexandria, Va., native, thanks the band Vertical Horizon for their performance April 9 at Contingency Operating Base Adder, Iraq. The band performed for service members and passed out copies of their new CD as part of their military appreciation tour.
