Brig. Gen. James A. Kessler, 2nd Marine Logistics Group Forward commanding general, stands with Lt. Col. Gregg L. Moore, Combat Logistics Battalion 5 commanding officer, and Lt. Col. Patrick N. Kelleher, Combat Logistics Battalion 6 commanding officer, at the conclusion of the transfer of authority ceremony, in which Combat Logistics Battalion 5 turned over authority to Combat Logistics Battalion 6. Combat Logistics Battalion 6 is deployed within the Al Anbar province in order to develop the Iraqi security forces, facilitate the development of official rule of law through democratic government reforms and continue the development of a market based economy centered on Iraqi reconstruction.
