Lt. Cmdr. Max Seda greets a three-year-old survivor of Hurricane Maria as his shipmates explain the contents of a humanitarian aid bucket to his grandmother. Coast Guard members worked with civilian friends to deliver humanitarian aid to remote regions of Caguas.
