A U.S. Marine Corps CH-53 descends for landing for a Non-combatant Evacuation Operation (NEO) at Kiwanis Park in Yuma, Arizona on April 11, 2008. The NEO is designed to simulate safe evacuation of non-combatant and military personnel in support of Weapons Tactics Instructors course 2-08 under the instruction of Marine Aviation Weapons and Tactics Squadron - 1 on Marine Corps Air station-Yuma.
