Coast Guard and Local Agencies Remove Damaged Vessels from Harvey [Image 1 of 4]
This 57,000 pound house boat measuring 60 feet in length was displaced and damaged by Hurricane Harvey is lifted from the water to a barge on Oct. 22, 2017, in the Key Allegro community at Rockport, Texas. The Coast Guard and the Texas General Land Office have been fully integrated into a Unified Command with the mission assignment of removing displaced or partially submerged vessels as a result of Hurricane Harvey.
