Cadets are enrolled in computer application courses, study skill classes and vocational education. The Wyoming Youth ChalleNGe Program provides youth at-risk of dropping out, or who have dropped out of high school an opportunity to earn a GED or earn a high school diploma. The program provides life skills, counseling and a regimented environment to help the teenagers.
