171021-N-PM250-0977 ATLANTIC OCEAN (Oct. 21, 2017) Gas Turbine Systems Technician 1st Class Claire Bedding, a Sailor assigned to landing craft air cushion (LCAC) 54 and attached to Assault Craft Unit 4, chains a Jackal truck to the deck of LCAC 54. LCAC 54 is on board the amphibious dock landing ship USS Gunston Hall (LSD-44) in support of exercise Bold Alligator 2017 (#BA17). Improving Navy-Marine Corps amphibious core competencies along with coalition, North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) Allied and partner nations is a necessary investment in the current and future readiness of our forces.
