U.S. 5th FLEET AREA OF OPERATIONS (Oct. 15, 2017) – Lt. Col. James Stover, the commanding officer of the 15th Marine Expeditionary Unit’s Logistics Combat Element, addresses his Marines concerning what lies ahead once they reached the mid-deployment point aboard USS Pearl Harbor (LSD 52).
