171021-N-PE825-0010 ATLANTIC, N.C. (Oct. 21, 2017) Equipment Operator Constructionman Mason Self, a Seabee assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 11, removes chains from an 11K Skytrak at Marine Corps Outlying Field (MCOLF) Atlantic. NMCB-11 Seabees are at MCOLF Atlantic to participate in exercise Bold Alligator 2017 (BA17). Improving Navy-Marine Corps amphibious core competencies along with coalition, North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO), Allied and partner nations is a necessary investment in the current and future readiness of our forces.
