A U.S. Air Force B-1B Lancer assigned to the 37th Expeditionary Bomb Squadron, deployed from Ellsworth Air Force Base (AFB), S.D., takes off from Andersen AFB, Guam, Oct. 21, 2017. After departing from Andersen, two B-1B bombers conducted an 11-hour mission in the vicinity of the Korean Peninsula and Japan. The mission included sequential bilateral integration with Koku Jieitai (Japan Air Self-Defense Force) and Republic of Korea air forces before continuing over land to support a flyover for the 2017 Seoul International Aerospace and Defense Exhibition (Seoul ADEX 17).
