171016-N-CZ893-0317 ARABIAN GULF (Oct. 16, 2017) Operations Specialist 3rd Class Raalon Ingram, assigned to the coastal patrol ship USS Hurricane (PC 3), participates in a visit, board, search, and seizure (VBSS) drill aboard the U.S Coast Guard patrol cutter USCGC Wrangell (WPB 1332) in the Arabian Gulf. USS Hurricane is one of 10 coastal patrol ships assigned to Naval Surface Squadron (CNSS) 5, which is forward deployed to Manama, Bahrain, in support of maritime security operations and theatre security cooperation efforts in the U.S. 5th Fleet area of operations.
