U.S. FIFTH FLEET AREA OF OPERATIONS (Oct. 18, 2017) — The 15th Marine Expeditionary Unit’s Battalion Landing Team and Logistics Combat Element conduct a Rehearsal of Concept drill with the United Arab Emirates Armed Forces, Oct. 18, 2017, prior to the execution of Iron Magic 18. USS Pearl Harbor (LSD 52) and embarked Marine and Sailors with the 15th MEU are conducting Iron Magic, an annual bilateral engagement, to enhance capabilities in critical mission sets inherent to the shared common goals of safety, security and stability in the region.
