PORTLAND, Ore. (Oct. 17, 2017) – Electrician’s Mate Fireman Anita Gray, from Mound City, Ark., proceeds through the mess line in the galley aboard the submarine tender USS Frank Cable (AS 40), Oct. 17. The Frank Cable galley returned to normal operations this week after being closed for six months. Frank Cable, currently in Portland, Ore. for a scheduled dry-dock phase maintenance availability, conducts maintenance and support of submarines and surface vessels in the Indo-Asia-Pacific region.
