A Coast Guard MH-65 Dolphin helicopter aircrew from Coast Guard Air Station Borinquen in Aguadilla, Puerto Rico, approaches the Arecibo Observatory in Arecibo, Puerto Rico, Oct. 16, 2017 on a mission to deliver food and water. The aircrew conducted several sorties to deliver aid from the Federal Emergency Management Agency to the observatory staff, who has been handing out aid to people impacted by Hurricane Maria.
