Staff Sgt. Carlos Rubayo performs routine maintenance on the engine propeller blades from a C-130 Hercules at Muniz Air National Guard Base, Puerto Rico, Oct. 14, 2017. Rubayo is a member of the 156th Maintenance Squadron, Puerto Rico Air National Guard.
