From left, Chief Master Sgt. Lance Endee, Senior Airmen Salvatore Ceraldi and Emanuel Figueroa, all members of the New Jersey Air National Guard performed self-aid buddy care on a St. Thomas resident who suffered an eye injury after the roof of her home collapsed overnight Oct. 11. She immediately sought aid at a DRBS adjacent to the Cyril E. King International Airport, the site of members of the National Guard who are assisting civil authorities post-Hurricanes Irma and Maria. Ceraldi is an EMT medic whose experience aided in ensuring the woman did not loose her eye or eyesight.
