A Coast Guard member from the New York Maritime Safety and Security Team (MSST-91106) finishes the inaugural memorial 5K run for Petty Officer 3rd Class Shaun Lin, Oct. 13, 2017, on Staten Island. Lin served with the Coast Guard as a maritime enforcement specialist for three years and was assigned to MSST New York when he died during a training exercise on the James River in Virginia on Oct. 13, 2010.
