CAMP HOVEY, Republic of Korea: Capt. Brian Calandra (15th Brigade Support Battalion, 2nd Armored Brigade Combat Team, 1st Cavalry Division) and Spc. Juan Villegas (1st Battalion, 8th Cavalry Regiment, 2nd Armored Brigade Combat Team, 1st Cavalry Division) near the end of the ruck march portion during the Eight Army Best Medic Competition on September 27, 2017. Soldiers in two-man teams competed against each other during several events on the course of two days. The winning team will go on to represent Eighth Army in the Army Best Medic Competition October 27 through November 2, 2017 at Camp Bullis, Texas.
