David Furness, Commanding General of Combined Joint Task Force-Horn of Africa, visits U.S. Army Civil Affairs Battalion members of the Combined Joint Task Force - HOA, conducting Counter Illicit Trafficking training at a game reserve in Tanzania, Sept. 28, 2017. CJTF-HOA seeks to develop the capacity of the Tanzanian Wildlife Authority Game Wardens to conduct effective patrol operations, information management and civil engagement in order to promote local and regional security and counter transnational illicit trafficking networks.
