The 1st Marine Division Band wrapped up the San Francisco Fleet Week High School Band Challenge by performing a song with several members from all of the bands competing Oct. 9, 2017. Select Bay Area high school bands competed against each other for prize money to support their school music programs. San Francisco Fleet Week is an opportunity for the American public to meet their Marine Corps, Navy and Coast Guard teams and experience America’s sea services.
