The Combined Joint Task Force – Horn of Africa 443rd Civil Affairs Battalion Functional Specialty Group medics instructed Japanese noncommissioned officers on portions of the U.S. Army’s Combat Lifesaver Course (CLC) at Camp Lemonnier, Djibouti, Sept. 29, 2017.
