    1387th Quarter Master Company assist with distribution point in the Virgin Islands

    Mississippi Army National Guard Soldiers assigned to 1387th Quarter Master Company, headquartered in Greenville, Miss., assist with putting up a tent at the Joint Incident Support Base on St. Croix, U.S. Virgin Islands, Oct. 3, 2017. The ISB, operated by the National Guard, Federal Emergency Management Agency, and the Army Corps of Engineer, is where non-perishable food items, generators, tarps and fuel are staged before delivery to distribution points throughout the island of St. Croix.
