Timberlake, the 3rd Marine Division commanding general, addresses Philippine and U.S. Marines who gathered at Marine Barracks Rudiardo Brown, Taguig, Philippines, Oct. 2, to celebrate the beginning of KAMANDAG. KAMANDAG is an acronym for the Filipino phrase "Kaagapay Ng Maddirigma Ng Dagat," which translates to "Cooperation of Warriors of the Sea."
