1st Lt. Mark F. Bohme, 60th Civil Engineer Squadron officer in charge of operations engineering, and Chief Master Sgt. Chris T. Burroughs, 60th Logistic Squadron fuels manager, secure the pedestal from which a plaque dedicated to Lt. Gen. Glen R. Birchard was formerly displayed, to a forklift to be relocated.
