Seabees from Naval Mobile Construction Battalion 3 assigned to Det Meerkat, operate a front end loader to load gravel into a dump truck that will be used to repair a road here outside of Camp Dwyer. The Det. has been tasked with three miles of road repair for the camp. NMCB 3 is an expeditionary element of US Naval Forces providing construction, engineering and security services in support of national strategy, Naval power projection, humanitarian assistance and contingency operations.
